"....Distributing to the needs of the saints, given to Hospitality."

      “Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another; not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer, distributing to the needs of the saints, given to hospitality.” Romans 12:10-13

I am very late on posting this, so please forgive my terrible timing but, I figure better late than never. :)

Three weeks ago a group of the homeschoolers here in Louisiana got together for the younger ones to learn about the importance of hospitality. They had a lot of fun and they learned a lot! The young ladies had a tea party and learned different ways that they could eventually entertain guests. Then the guys went outside and learned how to cook on a grill which they thoroughly enjoyed.

I became curious to see how important hospitality really is to the Lord so I searched through His word and have decided it is a very important quality. I have some pictures and a lot of scripture so I hope y'all enjoy looking through it all!

  “For I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.” "Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, 'Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink? When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You? Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?”  And the King will answer and say to them, 'Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.'”
