So many stories that could be told of course but they could never all fit on a page.
The trip was a little bit more slow paced this time being that our original group of 22 was over doubled to over 50 of us. Plenty of people ready to give a hand and serve.
It was SO much harder to leave Peru this time than it was the last as well, I know the people, places, and land much more than I did before. It's so hard to goodbye, no matter how many times you have said it. But, I am learning how to hold the things, places, and people God gives me in life with an open hand. So often I grasp onto these so tightly and then have to go through the painful process of the Lord prying my fingers open to make me let them go. The Lord gives them to me for a season but there is always an end to these things.
It was so amazing to walk into a public school, even the presidents school, and be free to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with them without fear of getting yourself or the child in trouble. Also to hand out tracks and for people to actually take them and read them.
Viva Peru! May the Lord continue to work mightly for His name there!
