Five Beautiful Blessings

Now that I'm back home of course I cannot resist to take pictures of my little siblings. It has been over a year since I've done a photoshoot of them so one afternoon last week I decided to dress them up, pack all five of them up into the 15 passenger van and head of to one of my absolute favorite places to shoot pictures! Though I have decided next time I try to take all five little ones for a photoshoot, I'm going to bring someone else to help me keep them all occupied while I take each ones pictures :)
I cannot possibly post all of the pictures, so I just picked a few of my absolute favorites which, I must say is VERY difficult indeed. They are way too cute for their own good.
Each one is a blessing and I pray as that they will continue to grow and be molded into the image of Christ. Beautiful sons and daughters of the King of Kings. May they grow to be mighty for the Lord and give themselves entirely to Him!

Kourtneigh Mary Joy Tyndall
I am blessed I even have one picture of this girl! She is one big mess and is not fond of having her picture done at all.

Christian Matthew Joseph Tyndall
No problem with taking pictures of him, he's just a wee bit vain and enjoys seeing himself :)

Kelley Rose Myrita Tyndall
She is one beautiful lady! And so very dramatic when it comes to pictures :)

Cameron Michael David Tyndall
He's a hard one to get smile for pictures. Always giving me his "cool" look :)

Kerissa Morgan Louis Tyndall
As I am going through all of her pictures I just cannot believe it her. She is SO grown up....*tears* she is getting too big!

Group pictures were well.....not too successful. Everyone was too tired to smile for pictures. But we did our best.

The Writings Of A Father...

So it seems that our time in our current house is coming to an end. We have officially put our house on the market so, we'll see where God brings us next. But yesterday while going through stuff to pack up my mom came across a journal of my dad (whom past away in 1998).

I had read many different journals that he had written in but this one was super exciting to me because it was from one of his mission trips in Russia. He had such a heart for people and for missions, it was where he thought the Lord had lead him to be-on the misison field. Though I wonder because the Lord took him home, if the Lord might fulfill the vision of missions He gave my dad, if He might fulfill it through me. Never know :)
Anyways, I just typed up a few of the pages that he had written and thought it might be interesting for everyone else to read as well.

Russian Mission Trip Summer of 1990
July 3, 1990
“Tuesday we had one meeting and it was in a military town where no Americans had been allowed and as far as we know we are the first-Hallelujah! It’s exciting to witness to the people because they are so receptive. We went to set up two hours before we were suppose to have the meeting and started passing out tracks with a flyer in it that has our picture on it and God only knows what it says. The people started running to come get the tracks I mean from everywhere (across the street). In a matter of two hours we handed out one box of each track (there were 3 different kinds). God really has His way to put you where He wants you. We were suppose to start at 5:00 pm sharp but our crew didn’t arrive. So the people got restless after about 30-40 minutes and started pointing to their watches with an angry look on their face and pointing at us, so we told Tim to play something to stall for time. They said let’s go for it, just start singing praise and worship songs so Tim, Vernon, and myself started (God only knows how to break the ice). After about 4 songs the group arrived, what a relief! I was getting quite nervous with such a large crowd. I’m glad it happened though. Through this God has been placing a hunger in my heart to just pour myself out.
Afterwards we (the crew that did the set up and me) went and ate then returned to our rooms.  Claude felt led to pray for me and what a blessing! The prayer said that God had anointed my hands to play [He is talking about his guitar that he used to lead praise and worship with] and my voice to sing and that people would be blessed by it. That not to be fearful but to use what God had given me. This encouraged me so much because I was wondering what God have sent me here for.”
July 4, 1990
“The next day we had two meetings, one in the morning in a park the other in Jelgaua. The morning meet we just brought the guitars in the park and started singing and doing skits. As a result 30 people got saved and we prayed for a lot to get healed. Again the people are so receptive, it’s ridiculous. After that we left and went straight to the 2nd meeting and set up to get everything right. We sang a song so that we could do the testing on the mikes. There was an excitement in the air.  People are always bringing us gifts after you sing, mostly flowers, to both men and women. It literally blows me away. The concept of the Russians hate us is a big fraud from what we have seen. After this meeting there was about 70-100 that got saved. About 25 got healed of sickness, they came up and testified. There’s a hunger in my heart to want to do a solo on “More Love to Thee”.”

“We only had one meeting today; it was at 6:00 pm in the afternoon in a different park. We don’t know what we are doing from day to day so we just have to go with the flow…We set up and started handing out tracks like we usually do. The people just filled this park in about 30 minutes. They all except the tracks (with an exception of maybe one or two) with thankfulness. The service started out with praise and worship and the anointing there was heavy. The singing from what we were told is awesome. We went on as usual with the songs we planned and then gave testimonies and then preaching and then singing all mixed together. Brother Ron preached a message on God’s love that was strong and straight to the peoples hearts. He gave an alter call and about 150 people got saved….Then Bro Steve made told the people that we had bibles for them-I have never in my life seen anything like it…They were literally running over each other to get God’s Word (old and young). The people were like wild animals and the only thing that I could think of is how America rejects the Word of God. The people are so friendly and warm to us, they are always bringing us flowers and gifts all during the service….
Vernon and I decide to go and pray in my room. So we went and started and as we were praying people just started coming in and joining us. THE HOLY SPIRIT WAS IN OUR MIST.” ~ Guy Benton Kelley

I Am Not Ashamed...

Col 1:28 Him we preach, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus.

Today I had the great privilege to be able to teach a group of children the importance and different steps they could take to share their faith. This is a very exciting topic for me to speak and teach on because Christ and His gospel is what I live and breath for-we as Christians MUST know how to clearly communicate our Lord's gospel to a dying world. We preach the gospel so that Jesus name is glorified in all the earth and so that sinners would come to repentance and be saved from an eternity in hell and torture.
We started out our meeting with a skit about two men and a parachute-

"A man on a plane was told by a flight attendant to put on this parachute because it will make his flight more enjoyable, he was perplexed and didn't fully understand but he trusted the flight attendant so he did. A little while later he noticed the parachute was heavy and cumbersome sitting in his seat, to make matters worse the rest of the passengers started to stare at him even laughing at him to the point where he got up in disgust ripped the parachute off his back and threw it to the floor vowing he would never put that thing on again.

Another man on the plane was told by a flight attendant to put on this parachute because at some point during the flight the plane will crash. The man was too eager to put the parachute on even though it was heavy and cumbersome and people stared and laughed, he didn't care. Some time later a flight attendant in training was serving hot coffee as she approached the man with the parachute she stumbled and spilled scalding coffee all over the man, he was enraged and in pain but did he rip the chute off like the first man? No! because he wasn't told that the parachute would make his flight more enjoyable, he was told that the plane was going to crash and the parachute would save his life, if anything the scalding coffee incident caused the man to hold on to the parachute even tighter and made him look forward to his jump.

That parachute is Jesus Christ courtesy of Ray Comfort, Living Water Ministries on The Way Of The Master

It is not enough to just say, Jesus loves you and if you become a Christian your life would be so much better, happier because that is not the truth. That is why we have so many false converts in the church and out of the church today (we now call them atheists). I have come across many atheists who were told the same. We must be clear that there is an impending doom for all those who don't believe, it's hell and that Jesus died for us so we don't have to go there. When we deliver the message to unbelievers the right way then they will stay and grow instead of falling away even in the bad times they hold on to Jesus even tighter never letting go."

"If God's wrath is real then His mercy is relevant, if you don't have a real wrath, a real anger then the cross, long suffering and mercy are robbed of its meaning" Alistair Begg

Kerissa, Cameron, and Kelley Rose did an awesome job acting out the Parachute story. It was an important point in our learning how to share the gospel effectively.
After sharing and acting out the Parachute story, we watched a video on how to use the law (The Ten Commandments) when sharing your faith. In using the law you bring the un-believer to a knowledge of his condition before God and for his need of repentance and forgiveness.

Gal 3:24 Therefore the law was our tutor to bring us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith.

We also watched some real life experiences of witnessing and talked about what different responses you can get from people while witnessing.
"Way of the Master Witnessing Clip-Wake Up Call"

I know that walking up to a random person you don't know and talking to them about Christ is not the most comfortable thing, but we talked about the boldness you can have in and for Christ. If you truly love God and truly love others, and truly believer there is a hell then you will be most anxious to tell others of Christ-just think about where that person is going.

Pro. 29:25 The fear of man brings a snare, But whoever trusts in the LORD shall be safe.

We are not to be ashamed of the gospel of Christ-

Mar 8:34  When He had called the people to Himself, with His disciples also, He said to them, "Whoever desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me.
Mar 8:35 For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake and the gospel's will save it.
Mar 8:36 For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul?
Mar 8:37 Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?
Mar 8:38 For whoever is ashamed of Me and My words in this adulterous and sinful generation, of him the Son of Man also will be ashamed when He comes in the glory of His Father with the holy angels."

"8 Reasons Why I Don't Share My Faith"

I was able to share a letter from an atheist with the group, a letter that should wake up a lot of Christians-

"Ray,

You are really convinced that you've got all the answers.  You've really got yourself tricked into believing that you're 100% right. Well, let me tell you just one thing. Do you consider yourself to be compassionate of other humans? If you're right, as you say you are, and believe that, then how can you sleep at night? When you speak with me you are speaking with someone who you believe is walking directly into eternal damnation into an endless onslaught of horrendous pain which your 'loving' god created, yet you stand by and do nothing.

If you believe one bit that thousands every day were falling into an eternal and unreachable fate, you should be running the streets mad with rage at their blindness.  That's equivalent to standing on a street corner and watching every person that passes you walk blindly directly into the path of a bus and die, yet you stand idly by and do nothing. You're just twiddling your thumbs, happy in the knowledge that one day that 'walk' signal will shine your way across the road.

Think about it. Imagine the horrors Hell must have in store if the bible is true. You're just going to allow that to happen and not care about saving anyone but yourself? If you're right then you're an uncaring, unemotional and purely selfish (expletive) that has no right to talk about subjects such as love and caring.

James Franz"

May God give us a love and passion for Him and for the souls of millions who are without Christ and are doomed to an eternity in hell. Let us preach as dying men and women to a dying world.

Most of the young people there had never shared their faith so it was a great opportunity to get them started. I shared with them how to use a bunch of different tracks and was able to give them a bag full so that they could have the chance to hand them out to people as well. Evangelists in training :)
Here are some great places to purchase tracks that are biblically sound, effective, and fun to use-
Way Of The Master
Living Waters

Each young person got a bag filled with different tracks that they can now go hand out to others in their area.
Then lastly we talked about how it is only God who can save a person. There are some who water, there are some who plant, but it is God who gives the increase. Only through His Holy Spirit can a person see their desperate need for Jesus Christ, and that is why prayer is just as important as talking to people is. Pray for them that God would open the eyes of their heart to the truth and that He would have mercy on them.

All to the glory of God it was a successful meeting, may the Lord grant each one of us a passion for souls and the boldness to proclaim His wonderful gospel!!

For if I preach the gospel, I have nothing to boast of, for necessity is laid upon me; yes, woe is me if I do not preach the gospel! 1Co 9:16

A Season of Life

This last year has been quite a different and amazing experience. I'm truly thankful that the Lord allowed me to work and serve at the IBLP headquarters for these last 11 months. I have learned SO much and have been apart of things I could have never imagined I could have been apart of.
I am so unworthy, so weak so feeble, all I can do is praise God for using and working through a wretch like me! All glory laud and honor to Him!
This year has been full of joyful times, hard times, times of tears and times of laughter, times of frustration and times of peace, times of exhaustion and times of rest, times of doubt and times of faith.
I have learned more of who my dear Lord is and more of who I am in Him. I have learned more of His gospel and how important it is, more than ever to proclaim it-no matter what the cost.
Working in the IBLP International Department especially taught me a lot. Never again will I take a mission trip for granted, a lot of work goes into a trip even if it's for a short time. Meeting leaders and people from all over the world, seeing the Lord work and draw so many to Himself.....I will hold all these things dear to my heart.
I was truly sad to leave, but like I have told many and have said on here before, I'm learning how to hold the things, places, and people God gives me in life with an open hand. So often I grasp onto these so tightly and then have to go through the painful process of the Lord prying my fingers open to make me let them go. The Lord gives them to me for a season but there is always an end to these things.

I have met and lived with a lot of special and precious people this year, but there are a few that are a especially special to me and that I'll miss like none other! I thought I should share some pictures of these super amazing people with you :)
